Welcome to Yogabellies with Lainey! I am so happy to have you along on this journey of all things bump, birth and beyond. Yogabellies with Lainey is more than just a yoga, or mum and baby class. It is a space for all women in all stages of life. It is a space where you can learn, grow, and be supported as you embrace each new step of Motherhood with a calm confidence about you. We don’t just ‘do classes’ we build a community of mums.

My name is Lorraine and I am the owner of Yogabellies with Lainey!

I am a 300-hour qualified yoga teacher specialising in pre and postnatal, and Women’s yoga. I am also a qualified baby massage teacher and I am a mum too! A mum with an interest in building a community of like minded mums and conquering the journey together.

Whatever part of your journey you are at, I am are here to guide and support you.

Yogabellies Mum and Baby Yoga

Have you had a baby and are looking for a class where you and your baby can have fun together? This class is for baby and it is for you too!  We offer the amazingly famous Yogabellies weekly classes which are specifically designed for Mums and new babies. This is a fun and active class with yoga for baby, yoga for two and yoga for Mum. For baby there are simple stretches to help build strength and flexibility (and also help aid, relieve gas and colic and help baby sleep!), yoga poses for two to connect and move together and yoga for Mum focusing on rebuilding the muscles and areas affected when pregnant and giving birth (back, abs and pelvic floor!) All this and so much more. These classes are run in blocks (single classes offered too) so you can enjoy the journey and meet your new mum friends too.

Welcome to the world of pregnancy. Now you are rocking a beautiful bump life has probably changed a little (or a lot!) If you previously had a yoga practice you may have already realised you now need to slow things down. Or maybe you have never really done yoga before but heard it does amazing things for the prenatal body and thought no time like the present. Well you have come to the right place!  We offer the amazingly famous Yogabellies classes which are specifically designed for the pregnant body. This is not your regular yoga class this is a class for you and your bump to grow, move, and learn together. This is a journey. Yogabellies for pregnancy is a safe practice for your body at this time and is designed to prepare you for childbirth and new Motherhood.
