Proudly offering the internationally famous and ever so popular Yogabellies classes at our unique Mum & baby yoga bringing the mum community together.
Yogabellies for Mum & baby sessions incorporate traditional yoga postures adapted for postpartum mum and some for baby too. Whilst most postnatal classes either focus on mom or are baby classes (with no physical benefits for mom at all) this class benefits you both. Awesome! Yogabellies for mum & baby classes combine both postnatal and baby yoga making sure both Mum and baby leave the class feeling stretched, relaxed and revived. And don’t worry if you have never been to a yoga class before this class is suitable for all levels of yogini, its is suitable for ALL MUMS! Think core-rebuilding and relaxation for mum and there will also be baby yoga, massage, songs and lots of fun. Baby yoga has also been scientifically proven to help with baby’s brain development, growth, self soothing and common ailments such as colic, reflux and disrupted sleep. So if you have a baby, this yoga class is just or you.
Each week there are new poses for both you and baby as we focus on different areas of the body. We look at rebuilding the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, assist in alleviating back pain, and help Mum regain her strength and muscle tone. All this is done at your own pace. For baby we are enhancing their immune system, helping with brain and nervous system development and growth and offering sensory stimulation which enhances relaxation and leads to better sleeping patterns. Baby yoga helps you fully integrate them into mums yoga practice and life. The mum focus is on rebuilding your mind, body and soul through yoga and important new mummy breath work.
Classes are run in 6 week journeys. If for any reason you can’t make six consecutive weeks please email me to discuss options – it’s ok, sometimes we moms need a week off! There is also an extra week added to the journey time just in case and single class options available too.
All our classes are more than just a new mum get fit or baby class. They are one of a kind class where both mom and baby get to enjoy. They are about COMMUNITY and this is where you will meet your new mum friends!
What to bring? Some comfy clothes to practice yoga in, your yoga mat, water to hydrate, milk and toys for baby, and a blanket to wrap baby in.
Mums yoga is good to return to after 6 weeks but if you have had a caesarean please wait at least 8-10 weeks and Doctor’s clearance. Always listen to your body you know it well!

Purchase your class pass of choice (single class or journey) and then use your credits to book your weekly class. Don’t forget to book in each week upfront mum to avoid disappointment on more popular classes!
